Conditions for admission of candidates:
Those set out in the applicable legislation, namely in Articles 17 and 18 of Decree-Law 9-A/2025 of 14 February.
The following are mandatory conditions for admission of applications:
1. Holders of higher education qualifications obtained either within the framework of the aforementioned academic qualification or in other higher education study cycles. The minimum training requirements for admission to the respective speciality, as set out in the annex to this decree-law, namely: a minimum of 80 credits in English and a minimum of 60 credits in Spanish or French.
Individuals who have 75% of the aforementioned credits may apply under the terms of paragraphs 8 and 9 of Article 18 of the aforementioned Decree-Law.
2. Oral and written proficiency in Portuguese and mastery of the essential rules of logical and critical argumentation, to be verified by interview and written test, as well as proficiency in Spanish, French or English, to be verified by interview (B2 of the CEFR for Spanish and French and C1 for English).
The conditions for re-entry are those laid down in Article 18A of the above-mentioned Decree-Law
Candidate ranking criteria:
1. Candidates with the required number of credits in each area, ranked by the average grade of the course units that certify them.
2. Candidates with between 99% and 75% of the required credits in each of the areas, ranked by the average grades of the course units that certify them.
3. In either case, the tiebreaker criteria is the average grade obtained in the tests and interview to verify proficiency in Portuguese and Spanish, French or English.

Certificate of academic qualifications, detailing the grades obtained in each curricular unit and confirming the holder’s bachelor’s degree.
Copy of identification document.
Curriculum Vitae (including personal, academic and professional details).
Proof of payment of the registration fee.
